Artista islandese, Kristjana S Williams studia grafica e illustrazione alla Central St Martins. Dopo pochissimo tempo ottiene il plauso della critica come direttore creativo di Beyond the Valley per otto anni di seguito.
Nel 2011 inizia a creare opere d'arte, illustrando libri, disegnando oggetti per interni e altro ancora.
I suoi disegni sono ispirati dalla natura e la sua tecnica prevede la stratificazione digitale e fisica della natura sulla natura per rispecchiare la simmetria in tutti gli esseri viventi. Ogni pezzo è il suo magico universo di piante esotiche e animali.
Il lavoro di Kristjana è diventato famoso in tutto il settore vincendo numerosi premi tra cui un premio D&AD, un Clio Award e un primo premio al New York Festivals Grand Prix. Le sue opere si trovano al Victoria & Albert Museum e in varie gallerie.
Di recente ha disegnato le copertine degli album per il nuovo album live dei Coldplays "A Head Full of Dreams: Live in Buenos Aires e Live in Sao Paulo".

Users were able to add detail in the form of creatures, floral motifs and gold leafing to a base design before uploading their final creations to share with friends via social media websites. |
